We guarantee that the Easy-Out-Ladder will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
Furthermore, in the event of an unforeseen incident, such as a falling tree, rockslide, or even a collision with an out of control power boat, we will replace it once during this five (5) year term.

In the event of claim, liability shall be limited to the original purchase price provided product has failed under normal use and not as a result of willful damage.
